Job Overview:

Responsible for managing overall restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, financial control, staff management, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and maintain service/quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, costs, inventory, and vendor relations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and business growth.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, financial, and customer service skills.
