Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Advisor based in Kisumu. The Financial Advisor will engage clients to understand their financial needs and provide expert advice on financial planning, investments, and retirement planning. The role involves analyzing client goals, creating tailored financial strategies, and tracking progress to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes. The Financial Advisor will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial trends and regulations, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Investments
• Strong understanding of Finance and Financial Advisory services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand and advise clients
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are an added advantage
• Experience in the financial services sector and knowledge of market dynamics is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
