About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Customer Insights Analyst
to help drive data-informed decision-making and enhance the customer experience in Switzerland.

In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret
customer data
from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights, support marketing strategies, and inform product and business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and a deep understanding of customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze
    customer data
    from various sources (CRM, surveys, web analytics, social media).
  • Develop and maintain
    customer segmentation, profiles, and journey maps
    .
  • Conduct
    quantitative and qualitative analyses
    to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities.
  • Provide
    actionable insights and recommendations
    to marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Build
    dashboards, reports, and visualizations
    to communicate insights effectively.
  • Monitor
    customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement metrics
    .
  • Support marketing campaigns with
    data-driven targeting and personalization strategies
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
    data accuracy and integrity
    .
  • Stay updated on
    market trends, industry best practices, and analytical techniques
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    customer insights, analytics, or market research
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
    (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of
    CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms
    .
  • Ability to translate complex data into
    clear and actionable insights
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German or French
    is a strong advantage.
