Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities include negotiating settlements, analyzing legal issues, providing regulatory advice, and participating in client meetings. The position is located in Nairobi County, Kenya.

Qualifications

  • Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting legal documents
  • Case Management, Representation of Clients, and Negotiation skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Strong Analytical abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge in Kenyan law and legal procedures is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university
  • Admitted to the bar and holding a valid practicing certificate for at least 2 years
