Role Description

The full-time Pharmaceutical Technician role is an on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya. Responsibilities include preparing and dispensing medications as prescribed by medical professionals, maintaining accurate records of prescriptions and inventory, ensuring proper storage of pharmaceuticals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The technician will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure adherence to quality control standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and experience in Pharmacy and familiarity with pharmaceutical practices.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on patient care and support.
• Ability to conduct Quality Control processes to ensure the integrity and safety of medications.
• Certification or diploma in Pharmacy Technology or a related field, with registration as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and practices is advantageous.
