The role requires a commitment to upholding health and safety protocols and working closely with other team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain an immaculate and welcoming environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and address their needs.
- Experience in or willingness to provide training to help maintain consistent service quality.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred, though not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
