This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist located in Kilifi. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness across the retreat's premises, handling laundry services, ensuring guest rooms are prepared to high standards, and addressing requests in a timely manner. The role requires a commitment to upholding health and safety protocols and working closely with other team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain an immaculate and welcoming environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and address their needs.
• Experience in or willingness to provide training to help maintain consistent service quality.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred, though not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
