The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civilengineering, with extensive experience in construction projects, particularlyin road, building, and structural works. Excellent communication skills and theability to work effectively with relevant authorities and team are essential.DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:· Ensure the quality of materials usedin construction projects.· Conduct site inspections to verifycompliance with quality and safety standards.· Collaborate with senior engineers todevelop and implement quality control plans.· Communicate effectively with clients,consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:· Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.•      License: Certified and registeredengineer with EBK.•      Experience:At least 5 years of experience in construction projects, specifically in:· Public Road construction.· Government Building construction.· Structural works.•      LanguageSkills: Proficient in English.•      ComputerSkills:· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel,Word, PowerPoint).· Familiarity with quality controlsoftware and tools.•      AdditionalRequirements: Ability to integrate well into theorganization and maintain smooth internal and external communication.Key Skills and Competencies:· Strong analytical and problem -solvingskills.· Experience with quality managementsystems and standards.· Ability to work under pressure andmeet deadlinesInterestedand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the linkbelow.Note:Only shortlisted applicants will becontacted.Q -SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUALOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
