Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Diagnostics & Repairs

  • Perform in-depth diagnostics using OEM tools (e.g., STAR Diagnosis, ISTA, ODIS, VCDS).
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical, drivetrain, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) issues.
  • Repair and reprogram ECUs, hybrid/electric systems, and transmission faults.

Technical Leadership

  • Guide junior technicians on complex repairs and best practices.
  • Stay updated on technical bulletins and software updates from manufacturers.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all repairs meet OEM standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct post-repair inspections and test drives.

Customer Interaction

  • Explain technical issues to service advisors/customers in simple terms.
  • Provide repair estimates and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Certification: OEM certification (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc.) required.

Experience: 5+ years in luxury car diagnostics, preferably in a dealership or high-end workshop.

Technical Skills:

  • Expert in engine management, transmission, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in coding, programming, and module replacement.

    Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork.
