About The Role

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis:
  • In collaboration with fellow data analysts, collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness using SQL, R, or Python.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers
  • Utilise statistical methods to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
  • Data Visualization:
  • Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present data in an accessible and understandable format.
  • Reporting:
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to enhance data quality and accessibility
  • Research and Innovation:
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
  • Propose innovative solutions and strategies to address business challenges using data

Skills and Experience
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field or graduated in the last one year.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL or Excel.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience with data cleaning, preparation, and ETL processes.
  • Experience or exposure to AI/ML projects is a plus
