About the Role

To strengthen DQ's Agile culture and enhance delivery performance, we are hiring
Scrum Masters
to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE). These roles are central to driving agility, guiding teams through Scrum practices, and ensuring the successful execution of sprint and project goals.

The ideal candidates will support high-performing, collaborative teams while contributing to continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Support teams in identifying and removing impediments to delivery.
  • Work closely with Product/Project Owners and stakeholders to align sprint goals with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage active participation in Agile ceremonies.
  • Guide teams in adopting and improving Scrum practices.
  • Track and report team progress, ensuring visibility of sprint performance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the CoE.

Required Competencies

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles, frameworks, and Agile best practices.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve blockers impacting team delivery.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to support multiple teams/squads while maintaining alignment with Agile processes.
  • Adaptability, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
