Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and show walk-in customers around the venue
  • Keep the venue clean, organized, and report any maintenance issues
  • Create simple online posts to promote the venue
  • Suggest new ideas for marketing and improving visibility
  • Assist during events and stay late when functions run beyond regular hours
  • Support general day-to-day operations at the venue

Requirements:

  • Good communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Basic knowledge of social media posting
  • Flexible with working hours, especially during events
  • Positive, proactive attitude
