Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Gold Tracker. The selected candidate will monitor, analyze, and report on gold tracking data using specialized software. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of gold inventories, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize tracking processes. Additional tasks involve preparing regular updates, identifying discrepancies, and recommending improvements for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis, reporting, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using tracking systems or relevant software
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and inventory management practices
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain, or IT
• Experience in the commodities or mining sector is an added advantage
