Thisposition plays a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and expanding the clientportfolio. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain and expand SME clientportfolio.Grow branch fees and commissionsthrough targeted product and service offering to the SME portfolio.Proactively manage creditapplications to reduce the possibility of NPA.Grow profitability, productpenetration and customer satisfaction.Relationship management through customeracquisition and retention in line with the bank's strategy.Market the Bank's service andproducts to increase business growth. RequirementsBachelor's degree in a business economic,finance or related field.At least two years of experience inbanking operations and SME banking.Strong knowledge of local bankingindustry and banking products.Proficiency in marketing and selling.Excellent interpersonal skills, theability to build and maintain client relationships.Sound financial management skills andproficiency in analyzing financial data.Effective communication andpresentation skills, both verbal and written.High integrity, professionalism,result driven and proactive approach.
