Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Assistant based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Social Media Assistant will manage social media content creation, monitor and engage with online communities, and support the overall social media marketing strategy. Daily tasks will include content scheduling, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying updated on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
  • Strong skills in Writing and crafting engaging social media posts
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with online communities
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with social media management tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends in the industry
  • Relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team environment
