Senior Engineer – Identity Governance (SailPoint IdentityNow)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, including configuration, connector development, and workflow setup.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks.
  • Design and validate scalable IdentityNow architectures in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Apply deep understanding of cloud security and IAM practices in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Integrate SailPoint with key enterprise applications (e.g., Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion) for automated provisioning.
  • Enforce governance policies including certification campaigns, access reviews, SoD violation handling, and access request workflows.
  • Coordinate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
  • Provide L3 support and root cause analysis for IdentityNow-related issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and audit-ready reports.
  • Stay current with SailPoint product releases and industry trends to recommend improvements.
