Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laundry Attendant at 67 Airport Hotel, located in Syokimau. Responsibilities include operating laundry machines to clean and dry guest linens and clothing, ensuring proper handling and care of fabrics, and maintaining a clean and organized laundry area. The Laundry Attendant will also inspect linens and guest items for quality, report maintenance needs, and provide exceptional service to guests. Adherence to established hygiene and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry and Laundry Services, including handling washers and dryers effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with guests professionally
• Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect and care for a variety of fabrics
• Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices in the laundry process
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily service demands
• Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift or carry laundry items
