Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant, located in the City of Kisumu. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales activities, managing customer inquiries, maintaining organized sales records, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves assisting with sales transactions and liaising with customers to meet their needs efficiently and professionally.

• Familiarity with retail or wholesale business practices is an advantage.
• Diploma or equivalent certification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
