It's a fast-moving environment where new concepts and technologies are explored daily.What is required to succeed in the task?We are looking for a professional with experience in data sciences and developing real-world machine learning solutions, combined with a solid understanding of software development methods. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to solution planning, strong coding skills and the ability to turn business needs into working AI products.What Skills We Expect From YouProven experience in building machine learning models deployed to a production environment.Strong programming skills, especially in Python and SQL.Experience working with data science libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-Learn.Proficiency with version control (e.g., GIT)Experience in working with time-series data and forecasting.Familiarity with statistical mathematics, data analysis, and processing.Ability to conduct technical specification with business and knowledge sharing.In Addition, These Are BeneficialFamiliarity with neural networks.Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) and ML workflow tools (e.g., MLFlow).Experience with DevOps processesExperience with time-series databases such as Influxdb or TimescaleDB.Knowledge of Linux and cloud environments like Kubernetes or Azure.As most of our customers are based in Finland,Finnish language skillsare helpful for smooth collaboration and everyday communication.As a Pinjan, you get several benefitsAt Pinja, we believe in supporting our employees so they can focus on what they do best: creating innovative, sustainable solutions.
