Job Purpose

The digital designers will combine their creativity and technical skills to produce digital graphics for social media, websites, layouts for e-shots, posters, ads, newsletters, email, banners, digital signage, forms, PowerPoint presentations and web graphics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the internal team articulating creative ideas to ensure graphic solutions are consistent with brand and style guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their goals to implement successful visual materials. This will include presenting concepts, graphics and sharing creative direction with all stakeholders.
  • Conceptualize Art for Digital Designs.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
  • Create motion graphics to illustrate concepts clearly and visually to enhance understanding.
  • Work in cross-functional internal teams, ensuring adherence to project goals and aesthetics.
  • Perform UI designs, create reusable objects and templates and email templates; manage maintenance, updates, expansions, and scaling of each design.
  • Collaborated weekly with the team to discuss creative solutions for clients
  • Match clients' needs with creative assets as per objectives identified
  • Work alongside the content creation team to ensure creative content is in line with visual styles and is created for desired outputs as will be required

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design/visual communication, Digital Media Arts, Computer Science or Related Fields.
  • 3 to 5 years work experience as a digital designer.
  • Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
  • Able to present concepts and work well with internal and external teams to the correct solution.
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products

Production, Video Editing, Web Design Skills etc. is an added advantage.
