Housekeeper (German Speakers)

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest cabins and public areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas On Board Cruise Ship

- Change linens and make beds daily

- Ensure all areas are properly stocked with necessary supplies

- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department

- Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- Fluency in German is required

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in housekeeping 

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Physically able to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks
