C# Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated C# Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a C# Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using C# and the .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for clean code, and a deep understanding of object-oriented design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and services using C# and the .NET framework. Work on both front-end and back-end components of software systems.
- Code Optimization and Refactoring:
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code while ensuring high performance and optimal use of system resources. Refactor legacy code and implement improvements where necessary.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet project specifications and business goals.
- Application Testing:
- Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and perform debugging to ensure high-quality code and application functionality.
- System Integration:
- Work on integrating third-party services, APIs, and databases to extend application capabilities.
- Technical Documentation:
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation for code, system configurations, and deployment procedures.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in C# and .NET technologies. Recommend new tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve the development process.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in C# development and the .NET framework (Core or .NET Framework). Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and the .NET Framework.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and working with ORM tools like Entity Framework.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services (e.g., SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail:
- Ability to produce high-quality, clean, and well-documented code.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud Platforms:
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.
- DevOps and CI/CD:
- Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery pipelines is desirable.
- Agile Methodology:
- Experience working in Agile development environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Other Technologies:
Knowledge of other programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) or frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET, Xamarin, WPF) is a plus.
