To strengthen our occupational health services, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Doctor to join our team.

Role Overview

The Occupational Doctor will be responsible for safeguarding the health and wellbeing of employees through preventive care, medical assessments, workplace health initiatives, and support for safe return-to-work programs. The role involves close collaboration with management, HR, and safety officers to ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations.

Monitor, evaluate, and manage health risks associated with IT and internet-related work environments (e.g., sedentary work, ergonomics, stress, eye strain, and posture-related issues).

Provide medical consultations and first-line care for employees during working hours.

Develop and implement workplace health programs (e.g., mental health awareness, stress management, healthy lifestyle campaigns).

Advise management on occupational health legislation and compliance with national and international standards.

Support the company's health and safety policies by identifying workplace hazards and recommending preventive measures.

Train employees on health, safety, and wellbeing practices (e.g., ergonomics, screen time management, occupational stress).

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in line with data protection regulations.

Collaborate with external health providers and authorities when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Occupational Medicine or relevant field.

Valid license to practice medicine in [insert country].

Proven experience 5 years as an occupational health physician or general practitioner with occupational health exposure.

Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations, ergonomics, and workplace wellness programs.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees across all levels.

Ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality and professionalism.
