What You'll Do

1. Capture and produce high-quality video content for NovaPlus' social media platforms, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
2. Plan, shoot, and edit video content that highlights our brand, our people, and our community impact.
3. Cover corporate events, interviews, and executive features, ensuring each production reflects our brand's professionalism and energy.
4. Work closely with the creative, marketing, and communications teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
5. Manage all aspects of video production; from lighting and sound to post-production and delivery.
6. Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new styles, formats, and storytelling techniques that enhance audience engagement.

Who You Are

1. A storyteller first, with a keen eye for composition, movement, and emotion.
2. Skilled in camera operation, lighting setup, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
3. Able to thrive in fast-paced environments; from boardrooms to outdoor shoots.
4. Strong communicator and collaborator with a sharp sense of creativity and initiative.
5. Passionate about creating content that feels authentic, relevant, and proudly Kenyan.
