At NovaPlus, we believe every great story deserves the right lens. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Videographer to join our growing team, someone who knows how to turn everyday moments into visual stories that connect, inspire, and drive engagement.
What You'll Do
- Capture and produce high-quality video content for NovaPlus' social media platforms, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content that highlights our brand, our people, and our community impact.
- Cover corporate events, interviews, and executive features, ensuring each production reflects our brand's professionalism and energy.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and communications teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Manage all aspects of video production; from lighting and sound to post-production and delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new styles, formats, and storytelling techniques that enhance audience engagement.
Who You Are
- A storyteller first, with a keen eye for composition, movement, and emotion.
- Skilled in camera operation, lighting setup, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments; from boardrooms to outdoor shoots.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with a sharp sense of creativity and initiative.
- Passionate about creating content that feels authentic, relevant, and proudly Kenyan.
