Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Bartender will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, managing stock and inventory, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and handling cash transactions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage service
  • Proficiency in Cash Handling
  • Bartending skills and knowledge of drink recipes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience as a bartender is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
