Solar Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representatives with an engineering or renewable energy background to join our team in Kakamega, Nakuru, and Kericho. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will leverage your technical expertise to promote and sell our solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and institutional customers. Your goal will be to build a strong customer base, generate sales, and contribute to the growth of our solar energy business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Sales: Utilize your engineering background to understand customer needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions.

2. Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers, build relationships, and present our solar energy solutions to meet their technical and financial requirements.

3. Sales: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, negotiate prices, and close deals.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our solar energy products and services, including technical specifications and applications.

5. Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, competitor information, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.

6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely follow-ups, and resolving any technical issues promptly.

7. Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Energy) or Renewable Energy.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
