Position Overview

The Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving the implementation of our services through collaboration with hospitals and medical device distributors. This position acts as a "bridge" between frontline medical needs and the company's strategic goals, ensuring that insights from healthcare providers are translated into sustainable business growth. Within the organization, this role is expected to demonstrate strategic leadership and contribute to long-term expansion.

Responsibilities

・Oversee and manage the entire process of medical device implementation projects, ensuring smooth operations in hospitals

・Engage continuously with users (e.g., doctors, midwives, nurses) to identify needs and propose improvements

・Collaborate with external partners such as medical device distributors and internal departments to ensure project success

・Provide post-implementation support and training to maximize usability

・Report project progress and outcomes to senior management and promote continuous improvement cycles

・Analyze market trends and customer feedback to contribute to new business strategies

Qualifications

・Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in hospitals or medical device distributors (experience in obstetrics-related settings preferred)

・Knowledge and practical experience in hospital equipment or medical device implementation

・Experience in a responsible position such as management or project leadership

・Excellent oral and written communication skills

・Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to solve problems

・Strong project management skills and teamwork capabilities
