What You'll Do

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot
  screw & piston compressors
  in an industrial refrigeration setup.
• Maintain
  HVAC units, cold rooms, blast freezers, ice condensers
  , and associated controls.
• Support
  vacuum systems
  (e.g., roots boosters, rotary vane/ Leybold) for freeze-dry cycles.
• Execute
  preventive & corrective maintenance
  , root-cause analysis, and spare-parts planning.
• Monitor system performance (pressures, temps, superheat/subcool, leak checks) and optimize energy use.

What You Bring

• Diploma/Degree in
  Refrigeration/HVAC/Mechanical
  (or equivalent).
• 5+ years
  in industrial refrigeration (food/pharma/cold-chain preferred).
• Strong hands-on with
  screw & piston compressors
  , chillers, condensers, evaporators, TXVs/EEVs.
• Working knowledge of
  vacuum pumps
  , refrigeration oils, leak detection, and refrigerants.
• Ability to read P&IDs/electrical schematics; basic PLC/VFD exposure is a plus.
• Ready to
  relocate to Kenya
  ; excellent troubleshooting and shift-readiness.
• Experience with
  Leybold/roots boosters
  is an advantage.
