Job Summary

MYDAWA is seeking a detail-oriented and
licensed
Pharmaceutical Technologists to support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services. The role holders will be responsible for dispensing medications, offering professional advice to customers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. By providing expert guidance and exceptional service, you will play a critical role in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our customers.

We are hiring for this role for our branch in Embakasi and Adams Arcade.

Key Role Responsibilities

1.     Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.

2.     Provide professional advice on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions via online platforms.

3.     Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless digital experience.

4.     Monitor inventory and liaise with procurement to ensure proper stock levels.

5.     Collaborate closely with customer service agents and clinicians to provide comprehensive end-to-end support for customers.

Key Performance Indicators

·      Customer checkout rate

·      Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)

·      Productivity Level

Requirements

·      Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

·      Valid license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya.

·      Minimum of 3 years' experience in a pharmacy

Skills

Excellent communication skills
- Providing patients with clear instructions on how to take their medications and potential side effects and addressing any questions they may have.

Attention to details
-carefully checking prescriptions, ensuring the correct medication, dosage, and quantity are dispensed. Every small detail, like the correct formulation or identifying potential drug interactions, matters for patient safety. This skill helps prevent errors and ensures patients receive the right treatment.

Teamwork-
Collaborating effectively with the team.

- Identifying and addressing issues that may arise, such as discrepancies in prescriptions, drug interactions, or patient concerns
