Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and results driven Sales& Marketing Executive to join our team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strongclient relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieverevenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with a deepunderstanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drivebusiness growth.Identify and secure new business opportunities within thehospitality sector.Build and maintain long -term relationships with clients, partners,and key stakeholders.Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitoractivities, and customer needs.Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts andreports to management.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent servicedelivery and customer satisfaction.Represent the organization at networking events, trade shows, andindustry functions.Design and implement promotional campaigns toincrease brand visibilityRequirementsBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, ora related field.7–10 years' proven experiencein Sales and Marketing within the hospitality industry.Strong track record of meetingor exceeding sales targets.Excellent negotiation,presentation, and communication skills.Ability to develop and maintainstrong professional relationships.In -depth knowledge of thehospitality market and customer preferences.Proficiency in MS Office andfamiliarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
