Role Description

This is a
full-time UX Designer role
, based in
Nairobi County, Kenya
.

The UX Designer will conduct user research, apply design thinking methodologies, create visual designs, and continuously improve user experiences.

Additional tasks include
prototyping
and, depending on the candidate's skills, contributing to
Quality Assurance (QA)
processes to help ensure design intent is fully realized in implementation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in User Research and Design Thinking
  • Strong skills in Visual Design and UX principles
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya
  • Experience in QA testing, writing test cases, or usability testing is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
