The incumbent will be responsible for:
HR Audits and Compliance including facilitation of internal and external compliance trainings and evaluations of the same.
Employee relations including coordination of committee meetings & trainings, grievance and disciplinary management, operational support to employees & line managers.
Payroll & benefits administration including CBA salary reviews, FTE monitoring and control against budget, employee data management and statutory deduction and remittance.
Administrative roles including time and attendance management, canteen staff management, office administration, clinic correspondences, work injuries and filing.
Recruitment and selection of seasonal employees, induction of new employees, coordination of interviews with guidance as well as participating in interviews for unionisable and lower management levels.
Employee exit management.
Requirements
• University Degree in Business Administration / Social Sciences/ Human Resources
• Higher Diploma in HR
• A good understanding and interpretation of the Kenya labour laws
