About the Project
The Climate Justice Project empowers women through climate-smart agriculture enterprises in Kenya. Women make up 50% of the agricultural labour force yet face gender inequalities that limit access to land, finance, and decision-making power. Our initiative works to build women's resilience to climate shocks while promoting sustainable development.

- Assist in designing and delivering farmer training sessions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at the grassroots level.

- Draft policy briefs, reports, and knowledge materials.
- Support advocacy efforts through evidence-based recommendations.
Communications & Media Volunteer
- Manage social media accounts and create campaign content.
- Document project activities (photos, videos, stories).
- Assist in branding, newsletters, and media engagement.
Fundraising Volunteer
- Research and identify potential donors, partners, and funding opportunities (grants, foundations, CSR programs, crowdfunding).
- Track fundraising activities, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to creative ideas for sustainable income generation for the CBO.
