Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in data analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statistical analysis, data management, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources.
  2. Prepare survey sampling designs.
  3. Perform statistical analysis and interpretations to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  4. Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
  6. Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex problems.
  7. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  8. Implement process improvements and data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a related field. Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in data analytics, statistical modelling, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., SPSS, STATA, MS Excel, R, and Python).
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
