Multilingual Translator

Locations:
Serbia (Loznica/Šabac) / Jiaxing, China

Position Responsibilities
Translation & Interpretation Support

• Conduct written translations (SerbianEnglishChinese) for business documents including contracts, reports, emails, and marketing materials.
• Provide on-site interpretation (ChineseSerbian) for VP during meetings, negotiations, and business events to ensure accurate communication.

Executive Assistance

• Assist in managing VP's schedule, coordinating cross-border meetings, business trips, and receptions.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and business briefings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and daily communication for the VP with translation support.

Cross-Cultural Coordination

• Serve as a linguistic bridge between Chinese and Serbian teams/clients.
• Advise on Sino-Serbian business cultural differences to prevent misunderstandings.

Requirements
Language:

• Serbian C1 proficiency OR fluent English+Chinese (C1+) with business-level Serbian (B2+).

Experience
Certification/test scores/work experience proof required.

• 2+ years in business translation/interpretation or executive assistance.
• Legal/finance/international trade translation experience preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in Office suites and translation tools (e.g., Trados).
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.
• Adaptability to flexible hours and frequent global meetings.
• High integrity for handling confidential information.
