The Policy Engagement and Knowledge Translation Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the translation of research findings into policy recommendations, engaging with stakeholders to promote the integration of evidence-based interventions into policy and practice, developing communication materials to disseminate research findings, and organizing workshops and events to promote the use of evidence in policy-making. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with researchers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that research findings are accessible and relevant to policy-makers.QualificationsExperience in policy engagement, stakeholder management, and advocacyExcellent communication skills, including writing and presenting for diverse audiencesStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with researchers, policy-makers, and other stakeholdersProficiency in data analysis and interpretationKnowledge of the local policy environment and development sector in Kenya is a plusMaster's degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Sciences, or related field
