Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Machakos. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, selling insurance products, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to discuss their insurance needs, explaining insurance policies, and advising them on the best options. The Salesperson will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer records, and fostering positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, specifically in the insurance sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is an advantage
