Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Attendant. The role is based in one of the branches of AFRODRIP Ltd spread whole Kenya. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties may include processing transactions, keeping the sales area clean and organized, and providing support for promotional activities. The Sales Attendant will visit the farmers and the farms as a field operation periodically.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Knowledge of agricultural materials and in particular about the irrigation systems
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team according to the company regulations
• Enough proficiency in computer operations and retail software
• Experience in retail sales or a similar role on agricultural sector is preferred
• Graduated from the bachelor of agricultural is preferred.
