Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations.

- Assist in preparing expense reports, purchase orders, and budget tracking for executive offices.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

- Maintain filing systems, databases, and documentation for efficient record management.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional business etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, or Slack.
- High degree of discretion and integrity in handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across departments.
- Adaptability and composure in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
- Experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning required.
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools is an advantage.
