Beneath the Baobabs is a magical destination event space located on the Kilifi coast of Kenya. We are home to the acclaimed Beneath the Baobabs Festival, a three-day event showcasing East African music, art, and culture, and known as Africa's first carbon-neutral festival.
Role Description
This is a short term contract role for a Bar Manager at Beneath the Baobabs Festival. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of their bar, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory. The role also involves monitoring sales, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. This is a hybrid role located in Kilifi, allowing for some remote work.
Dates:
Candidate must be available for training and work between 28th December - 1st January on site in Kilifi. We are offering a rate of 15-20k depending on experience and length of shifts.
