Job Summary We are seeking to hire a skilled welder with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in welding operations, specializing in
fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures. Proficient in using welding equipment
and tools with strong attention to quality and safety standards. Additionally experienced in
spray painting, ensuring smooth finishing and protective coatings on welded products. Reliable,
detail-oriented, and adaptable to different work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks (MIG, TIG, arc, or gas welding as applicable) on different types of materials.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to drawings, blueprints, and instructions.
- Carry out finishing processes such as spray painting to ensure high-quality surfaces.
- Inspect and test welded structures for accuracy, quality, and durability.
- Maintain welding tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety rules while performing welding and painting tasks.
- Collaborate with other technicians and production teams to complete fabrication projects on time.
- Minimum Certificate in Welding or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Practical knowledge of spray-painting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret welding drawings and fabrication designs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must observe high safety standards while handling welding and painting equipment.
