We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Accountant to lead key financial reporting,

compliance, and internal control functions. The ideal candidate will be a full ACCA Member or

CPA-K, with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record in

accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Driven decision making individual

 Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

 Supervise junior accountants and ensure accuracy of accounting records.

 Manage statutory tax filings and ensure compliance with Kenyan regulations.

 Lead internal and external audit processes.

 Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

 Maintain and improve internal control systems and processes.

 Oversee ERP/accounting system usage and drive process automation.

 Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

 Full ACCA Member or CPA-K.

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's is a plus.

 Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial or audit

environments.

 Deep understanding of IFRS and Kenyan tax laws.

 Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems

 Ability to work independently and make sound financial decisions.
