Our client, a leading bank, is hiring Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to support the rollout and growth of its digital banking platform and merchant solutions across Mombasa County.

Key Responsibilities


• Onboard customers onto the bank's digital banking platform


• Acquire and onboard merchants (shops, SMEs, traders, service providers)


• Educate merchants on digital payments, collections, and settlement features


• Drive active usage of digital banking and merchant tools


• Represent the bank professionally during field activations and roadshows


• Ensure accurate customer and merchant data capture (KYC compliance)

Requirements


• Based in Mombasa


• Strong sales, persuasion, and customer engagement skills


• Experience in sales, fintech, agency banking, or merchant acquisition is an advantage


• Comfortable with field work and daily targets


• High integrity and professional conduct
