Vayacom Limited is a leading Internet Service Provider committed to delivering reliable and high-quality connectivity solutions. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Remote Network Support Engineer to join our team and provide top-notch network support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide remote network support and troubleshooting for our ISP clients.


• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime and reliability.


• Configure, maintain, and optimize network devices and systems.


• Respond promptly to client issues and resolve them efficiently.


• Document network incidents, resolutions, and best practices.


• Collaborate with the technical team to implement network improvements.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an ISP environment providing remote network support.


• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, devices, and troubleshooting.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with network monitoring tools is a plus.
