Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of  IT infrastructure and systems
Job Description:

Reports to: Director
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining hardware and software systems.
1. Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers and
servers.
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
3. Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery readiness.

• Ensuring data security.
1. Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
2. Implement cybersecurity measures such us firewalls, antivirus and access control.
3. Monitor and respond to IT security threats or breaches.

• Providing user support and Training
1. Provide technical support to users to resolve hardware/software issues.
2. Train staff on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness and proper system usage.

• System Administration.
1. Manage email systems, domain accounts and user access rights.
2. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper licensing of software.
3. Ensure compliance with IT policies and relevant regulations.

• Planning and Development.
1. Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades to improve efficiency.
2. Plan and oversee IT projects such as upgrades, migrations and installations.
3. Liaise with vendors and service providers for OT procurement and support.

RequirementsQualifications and skills:


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant field.

• Proven 4-year experience in IT support, system administration or IT management.

• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems and databases.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.

• Good problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
