Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Analyst, located in Mombasa. The Analyst will be reaponsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that meet business needs. The role bridges the gap between business requirements and IT capabilities by evaluating systems, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements that enhance efficiency, security, and performance.

Qualifications

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Assess existing IT systems and processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Provide support for system configurations, upgrades, and integrations.

• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement IT solutions.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and escalate as required.

• Conduct testing (UAT, regression, performance) to validate solutions before deployment.

• Ensure IT systems comply with organizational policies, security standards, and regulations.

• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

• Generate reports and insights to support decision-making.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.
