Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for transaction banking products.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • Support on boarding and implementation of solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute transaction banking strategies aligned with corporate banking goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and client needs to grow product penetration and wallet share.
  • Lead client pitches and product demonstrations to support relationship managers.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff and relationship managers on transaction banking solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure seamless client service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in transaction banking or corporate banking.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, trade finance, and payment systems.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
