About The Job
We are looking for a highly skilled
Data Architect
to design, develop, and maintain robust data platforms that enable actionable insights and advanced analytics. This role involves working extensively with healthcare claim and utilization management data, driving business intelligence solutions, and supporting AI-driven initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize performance, and implement scalable architectures for enterprise-level healthcare data systems.

What You Will Do

• Design, enhance, and maintain data processing platforms to support healthcare business intelligence initiatives.
• Build and manage scalable data pipelines across multiple environments.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, ETL jobs, and data transformation workflows.
• Analyze healthcare claim and utilization management data for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SQL queries, SSIS packages, and data discrepancies.
• Create scripts for new database objects and maintain existing structures.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert for programming and data architecture.
• Support the integration of AI, ML, and NLP techniques into business intelligence applications.

Who You Are
(Education & Experience)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Services Research, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in data engineering, programming, or architecture roles.
• Prior experience working with healthcare claim and utilization management data.
• Proven expertise in data architecture, modeling, and performance tuning.

Technical Skills

• Databases & Tools: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SSMS, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS.
• ETL & Data Processing: Advanced SQL, ETL development, data transformations.
• BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik.
• Programming & DevOps: Visual Studio, TFS/Azure DevOps, Agile methodology.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (services such as S3, Redshift, BigQuery).
• AI/ML: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and NLP-driven conversational AI systems.

Soft Skills
