Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The position is on-site, located in Kisumu. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing marketing strategies, communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing sales training, and managing a sales team. The role involves creating and implementing marketing campaigns, tracking sales performance, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct and manage Training sessions
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
