Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product features and updates, ensuring accurate information is communicated.
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights with management to help improve service delivery and customer experience..

Skills Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative to resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
