Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product features and updates, ensuring accurate information is communicated.
- Monitor customer feedback and share insights with management to help improve service delivery and customer experience..
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative to resolve issues.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or front office role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
