Overall Duties and Responsibilities

o   Working as a team to provide excellent customer service at all times

o   Preparing and serving drinks and coffees/ teas

o   Managing and ordering of stock

o   Maintaining cleanliness of bar and serving areas

o   Use of Point of Sale machines

Requirements
  • The desire to deliver excellent customer service to all
  • Must have a friendly and can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - able to connect to all levels of staff/ members
  • High energy – energetic and chatty in a professional manner
  • Well presented –presentable appearance, pleasant, maintains eye contact engagement and approachable
  • Reliable and able to work over weekends when required
  • Previous bar, mixologist and/or barista experience preferred
